1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the LoveMeToo platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with one or more points, please do not use the service. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

2. Description of Service

LoveMeToo is an inclusive dating platform designed to facilitate authentic connections between people, with particular attention to people with disabilities. The service includes matching features, messaging, AI voice control, safe taxi service, and advanced security functions.

3. Registration and Account

To use LoveMeToo you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Not create more than one account per person
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account

4. Code of Conduct

LoveMeToo users commit to:

  • Treat all users with respect and dignity
  • Not discriminate based on disability, race, religion, sexual orientation or any other personal characteristic
  • Not send offensive, harassing, threatening or inappropriate content
  • Not use the platform for commercial purposes, spam or fraud
  • Not impersonate other people or provide false information
  • Not upload illegal content or content that violates third-party rights

5. Plans and Payments

LoveMeToo offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Details of plans and prices are available in the dedicated section of the website. Premium plan payments are recurring and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with the conditions established by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoveMeToo platform, including trademarks, logos, graphics, text and software, is owned by LoveMeToo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights over content they upload, granting LoveMeToo a non-exclusive licence for use within the platform.

7. Safety and Reporting

LoveMeToo is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all users. The platform includes a panic button for emergency situations, a reporting system and profile verification. Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate or suspicious behaviour using the tools provided by the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoveMeToo facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for user behaviour outside the platform. We do not guarantee specific results from using the service. LoveMeToo is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

LoveMeToo reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a violation of these terms, inappropriate behaviour, fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. In the event of closure, personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Accessibility

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
